Skype and Distance Coaching

If you choose Distance Coaching this will take place predomiately be Skype (or similar) and online modules; meetings may be able to take place via telephone once details have been established.

I am not available during the working day, how flexible are you?

As with the content of the coaching programmes I offer, I aim to be as flexible as I can be with my availability.  The later and earlier appointments are fewer however once we have begun working together we usually find a regular slot that works well.  Often clients find that their companies are more flexible than they realised and are more than happy to accomodate the occaisional long lunch, late start or early depature; especially if they are benefitting from the results!

How quickly can I expect to see results?

As we are all very different this can vary for each one of us both in the time it takes and the degree of results achieved.  This is one of the reasons I always work on a Programme basis as I have found that the minimum time for a client to witness a noticable change is 5 hours of working together.  The 5 hour Initial Programme is often completed over 5 weeks or less and is designed to be the kick-start clients are looking for to make the long term changes they are want.

How long do people continue coaching?

There is a huge varience in how long people maintain coaching in their lives.  Some people just use it to make specific changes or to overcome particular times in their lives.  Others continue a coaching relationship throughout their working lives and beyond.  They may continue to attend meeting monthly quarterly or even less fequently however they retain their coach as a sounding board, supporter, challenger and task-master to allow them to make the most of themselves.

Is Coaching for me?

How long are meetings?

The meetings are timed to suit each clients needs and could be anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  The duration is agreed in advance, so you will always know when you can expect to finish.

Where are meetings held?

All meetings are presently held at the Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre, Camargue House, 32 Wellington Road, Cheltenham, GL52 2AG,  for directions click here or Google Map here.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit & Debit Cards are accepted and payments can be made between 9.30am to 4pm GMT, Monday to Friday, via Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre on 01242 584 140.

Bank Tranfers can be made via Internet Banking at your convenience; bank details will be are provided on yout booking invoice.

Cash is accepted at Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre(CHHC) between 9.30am to 4pm GMT, Monday to Friday, at 32 Wellington Road, Cheltenham, GL52 2AG - Directions or Google Map.

Cheque payment is accepted and can be sent or delivered to CHHC as above. Payee details will be provided on your booking invoice.
